Interested in being a vendor?
Vendors are invited to participate in a vendor fair for the inaugural Pennsylvania Chestnut Festival Saturday January 25, 2025 2 PM to 7 PM at the Castanea Fire Company Picnic Grounds. Space is limited.
Vendors/artists/crafters will be accepted on a first registered with fee paid basis. Since this is the first year for this event, a $20 vendor fee is requested to complete registration. But, your paid vendor fee will be reimbursed to you when you show up. However, if you sign up and don’t show up, your paid vendor fee will be forfeited. After you complete and submit your vendor registration, you’ll receive confirmation and a request for fee payment from the Castanea Recreation Committee’s Event Vendor Coordinator. The deadline for applications and payment of vendor fee will be on or before December 27, 2024.
All set up must be completed and vendors ready by 1 PM. This event will have indoor and outdoor activities. The majority of vendors will be set up indoors unless an outdoor site is more appropriate for their particular wares/activity.
During the time of the vendor/artist/crafter fair, there will be an assortment of indoor and outdoor activities happening. There will be an artificial ice skating rink on site. We are planning for and hope to have Chestnut themed adult beverages available. Food will be for sale. There will be burn barrel fires throughout the outside picnic grounds with outdoor activities happening all around.
